Thought you might enjoy the latest totally-inane note from my apartment manager. They keep posting these things. I don't know why. I come home to a white letter on my door, freak out about "did my rent check make it?," and then open it to find the following (grammar, emphasis, spelling all verbatim):
Tenants; Manager, has been our Property Manager, at 6599-22, sense September 1, 2010. The date that his first year was up, due to his outstanding services he's also acquired other jobs with our company. Starting September 1, 2011, he has also become our, Private Consultant: ( Inspector, Photographer). And in the mist of these duties, at times, he is also our cleaning person!And to add, he does have other personal part-time jobs. Being so, his vehicle maybe at the home sight.But, he may not be home at times. Only for emergency maintenance, (never idol chat) please, text or call and leave a voice mail to, Second Manager at, 555-555-5555, when you cannot reach, Manager. For on sight ligitimate complaints call or text, Manager, ONLY, at 555-555-5555.
For minor maintaince repairs please, fill our a request that are outside his door, with the date: your full name, the unit number, and your phone number, then needed repairs, in short and detailed.And after-which, place the request inside either mailbox outside, across from his unit door. If ever you have water drips or leaks please, notify us as well in a maintaince request, immediately.
And for laundry tokens, please, call Manager; note, the mimuim you can acquire is $10. 00, as of the above date.
